About Us

One By 1, Inc. is a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization that works with communities and partners to provide youth and adult enrichment and development workshops and mentoring services.  One by 1 also provides reentry support services and programs to men, women and youth who are in prison or returning home from prison. Additionally, we  provide life skills workshops for men, women and youth to help them develop the critical coping and decision-making skills they need to lead successful lives. 

One by 1 has a triple aim. We work to:

• Build youth and adults
• Reduce recidivism, and
• Keep our communities safe.
